The short version

Not in love? You have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back. Unworn and unwashed (a little cat hair is forgiven). Email us first and we'll send you the return address.

How to start a return

Email tmart.business7@gmail.com with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Parcels sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

What we can take back

• Unworn, unwashed, with both zippers intact.
• Within 30 days of delivery.

What we cannot take back

• Hoodies that have been worn or washed.
• Items returned after 30 days.
• Items damaged by chewing, clawing, or washing.

Damaged or wrong item

Check your order the moment it lands. If it arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. You will not be asked to ship it back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
